
Next is food that has fat, and spreads and oil, basically, sweet corn, mayonnaise, and butter. You can eat some of that but not a whole bunch. Next, is with meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans, and nuts as it says in the picture. Maybe eat like three of one of them each day. The second to last one is with, wholemeal cereals and breads, potatoes, pasta, and rice. Maybe eat it 2-4 times a day. The last one is with vegetables, salads, and fruit. They are very very healthy so you might want to eat that about 5 times or maybe 6. So… that’s it for us talking about what to eat often and what not to eat often.
